The Moorings is a unique project of newly constructed luxury single family homes located on the Manatee River bank at River Strand Golf & Country Club in Bradenton.

This golf and tennis resort is almost completed, from a total of 1600 properties which are built between many lakes on a 27 hole “Arthur Hills” championship golf course with only approximately 40 homes left.
